AVmall Store

The AVmall store sells Audio Visual products such as projectors, home theater products, and accessories. The store needed an intuitive navigation and checkout process to help customers find what they needed and easily make a purchase.

Fire Pixie and AVmall

Fire Pixie worked with AVmall to redesign their clunky checkout process and make it easier for new users to buy products. Aside from checkout, Fire Pixie revamped AVmall's "Your Account" section to make it easy for customers to track past purchases or update preferences on the site. We also redid the Help Center, adding content and changing the layout and flow so that users who needed more help could find it easily and quickly.
