Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For Entertainers: A $50-per-entertainer cancellation fee will apply in the event that the show or a portion of the show is canceled for any reason by the client. We are happy to apply the cancellation fee towards a new or rescheduled booking within 3 weeks of the original show date. In case of an emergency cancellation by our company (entertainer is sick or detained due to circumstances beyond our control), we will take all possible measures to provide a suitable alternate entertainer. If we can not find a replacement, we will refund 100% of the deposit and issue a gift card for a free show of equal or lesser value to the client.
